Essential Responsibilities:

  • Actively develops Crew and Team Managers through direct feedback, coaching and training in all areas of the Burgerville Way.
  • Assists the General Manager in delivering restaurant performance, including executing and delivering on the restaurant’s annual operating budget, business plan and.
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of mission-sourced guest experience to all restaurant guests, partners, employees and communities in every circumstance.
  • Ensures brand storytelling is present in all areas of the restaurant and community including presence of storytelling collateral and crew engagement with guests.
  • Accountable for financial performance for all cost metrics, including food costs, direct costs, and labor costs.
  • Exercise discretion with confidential information, foster and maintain a climate that effects good morale and provides a pleasant working environment for everyone.

 Education/Experience

  • 3-5 years’ of experience as a manager in the restaurant industry required.
  • Associate Degree with a focus on restaurant or business management preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certificate/Card -– can be obtained online
  • A ServSafe Certificate and First Aid certification is required and provided by Burgerville at no cost to the employee
  • A current driver’s license, clean driving record and/or a reliable transportation are necessary for this position.
